Refund Policy


No refunds for Subscription Fees. You lose any money you paid or any unused part of any Subscription Fees if you stop your Subscription before the end of the Subscription Term. If you are eligible for a refund for any specific reason other than subscription cancellation, the amount will be refunded within  12-15 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
